Fort collins neighborhoods ?
Can anyone please suggest some neighborhoods in Fort Collins. Me and my family are relocating from NJ.
I have a 3 year old and 1 year old twins. My husband will work from home and travel a lot. Safety is important, nice schools too, preschool for now.
Would like to rent at first since we don’t know the area all that well. Hoping for a nice area, a little newer maybe (meaning since we’ll rent at first noting to run down) family friendly, close to parks, walking distance to a few things would be nice if possible. Need a fenced back yard too. I have looked at rentals but I’m not sure what area would fit us better, Southeast, north, so many options???

Fort Collins is a college town. There should be plenty of rentals. Where is not too important as you won’t be there long anyway. Go to net for FT. Collins newspaper and classifieds. Find an agent you trust, ask them, esp. if they know you will seek them for sale info.
