Fort Collins Neighborhood?

Fort collins neighborhoods ?
Can anyone please suggest some neighborhoods in Fort Collins. Me and my family are relocating from NJ.
I have a 3 year old and 1 year old twins. My husband will work from home and travel a lot. Safety is important, nice schools too, preschool for now.
Would like to rent at first since we don’t know the area all that well. Hoping for a nice area, a little newer maybe (meaning since we’ll rent at first noting to run down) family friendly, close to parks, walking distance to a few things would be nice if possible. Need a fenced back yard too. I have looked at rentals but I’m not sure what area would fit us better, Southeast, north, so many options???

Any suggestions would be great.

best place to live in the us?

need a 30$ or less hotel on I-80 between chicago and fort collins colorado?

Affordable Large City?

I am still in the process of finding an ideal city to relocate to after school (Elementary School Teacher). I was just wondering what some of the more affordable yet safe large cities are.

I consider a city around 100,000 population and higher to be large.

So far I have looked at Boulder, Colorado and Fort Collins, Colorado but was wondering what anyone else thought. Would like some ideas located in some warmer areas

Possible move to Idaho? Any suggestions on towns?

We’re thinking of moving to either Colorado or Idaho. One thing we like about Idaho (what we’ve read) is that the Boise area has better (warmer) weather than the Fort Collins, CO area. But Boise is just too big for us. We’re looking for a town of less than 100,000 people. But we don’t want to feel like we’re in the middle of no where. We’d like the warmer weather of southern Idaho and I’d prefer a town with a community college or university or a town within 40 minutes of one.
