roommate is stiffing me?

I have a girl livening in a home i am renting. she agreed to a 10 month lease and is now leaving after two months. she has paid two months rent and a dep. the lease she signed has gone “missing”. she has only given me 10 days notice! what can i do???

fort collins colorado. she paid by check. we do have a copy of an un-signed lease from the landlord with her name on it. there is proof she has been living here… pictures etc.

My chances at these colleges in Colorado?

It’s that time and I’m supposed to be applying for college. I’m excited for college but not so excited to get denied. I blew it, I expect to come out with between 2.4-2.8 GPA. I got a 21 on the ACT however I re-took the it and I feel confident I id much better. The schools I’m going to apply for are CU Boulder, CSU Fort Collins, and as a back up I plan to apply at Colorado Mountain college which is for sure and I honestly wouldn’t mind all that snowboarding. I do also want to apply to a college in Hawaii that offers in state tuition but I o not know much about it. How do all you feel about my chances?? Thanks for the input..
I am in DECA (a business club for my marketing class that travels and competes with students from other school over business type scenarios). Trig is the higghest math I took, and my only other claim to fame would be that I am doing great in Physics this year.

Questions about Delta Sigma Theta Membership GPA requirements?

This question would be for anyone who ia member of DST or has a good knowledge of the sorority. I am very interested and have done a lot of research(although there are plenty of things i still need to learn) but was wondering about the gpa requirements. I attend the Universtiy of Louisiana at Monroe and have for the last past two years. I am transfering schools back at home in Colorado to CSU Fort Collins. I know NPHC are on the CSU campus but was wondering, in applying for membership towards DST, does your cumulative gpa at the previous school( mine being ULM) have to add up to AT LEAST a 2.5 or when i transfer does my gpa at my new school have to be a 2.5? This will now be my junior year and although i experienced some things druing my freshmen year, not to make excuses but it was things that honestly no person should have to go through, and with that my grades fell. I’ve made up for it and am now on the deans list with a 3.2 but my cumulative gpa is just a 2.1. Any suggestions?Thanx

Affordable Large City?

I consider a city around 100,000 population and higher to be large.
